To be valid under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your takedown notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent acting on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification
- Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing — including sufficient detail for Watch4TV to locate the material (e.g., channel name, stream URL, or specific content description)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
DMCA notices that do not include all required elements may not receive a response or may be returned for clarification. Ensure your notice is complete before submitting.

If you believe that content was removed from Watch4TV in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Watch4TV will forward it to the original complainant and may restore access to the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant obtains a court order to prevent restoration.
6 Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable copyright law, Watch4TV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Watch4TV will review each case individually. Factors considered include:
- The number of valid DMCA notices received against the account
